The main living area combines a lounge with TV and a dining area for up to 8 guests, opening onto a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. This level also features a master suite with dressing room and full bathroom, along with two additional en-suite bedrooms with shower rooms. A games room, a laundry room, and a guest toilet complete this floor.
The art of outdoor living
The outdoor spaces extend the living areas with an infinity pool heated by heat pump, a covered terrace with a dining area for 10 guests, a barbecue, and a summer lounge. A pétanque court and a table tennis area further enhance the amenities. Villa Tomélio benefits from ducted reversible air conditioning and an integrated audio system, including outdoor speakers, with parking available within the property.
Wellness and entertainment
The lower level has been designed as a dedicated space for leisure and relaxation. It includes a music and games room (arcade machines, piano, foosball), a fully equipped gym with integrated audio system, a spa area with sauna, and a cinema room. Two additional en-suite guest bedrooms with outdoor access complete this level.
Property details
A welcome book with all the technical instructions for the functioning of the equipment will be provided on arrival. Our team will be available during your entire stay to provide assistance and guarantee that your stay runs smoothly.

Information and conditions
To make sure you have a pleasant stay, we invite you to read the practical information and conditions relating to your booking. If you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to contact us. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
The following payment conditions apply :
- A deposit of 30% of the rent will be required to confirm your reservation.
- Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
- The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of your stay. Cleaning charges must be paid at the same time.
- No refunds are possible after this deadline, except in cases of force majeure.
- For bookings made less than 30 days before the date of your stay, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
- A deposit of € 4 000 will be secured by bank imprint one week before the start of the stay. The credit card imprint is automatically cancelled after the stay if no problem is reported.
- A € 700 cleaning and linen charge is required at the time of booking.
- A €700 fee covering the cost of the property inventory is payable at the time of booking.
Arrivals are scheduled between 4pm and 9pm. If you are unable to arrive during this time, please inform us well in advance so that we can organize your arrival. Normally, arrivals before 4pm are not permitted, unless there are no rentals immediately beforehand. If you have a special request concerning your arrival time, please contact us in advance to see what can be arranged.
Regarding departures, guests must leave the accommodation by 10am, unless there is no rental scheduled immediately afterwards. In this case, you can ask us if it is possible to have a few extra hours.
To guarantee the comfort and respect of all, we remind you that :
- The accommodation is strictly non-smoking inside.
- The villa is located in private calm area, so please respect the peace and quiet of other residents.
- Pets are allowed upon request in the villa.
Tourist tax of € 6,57 per night and per adult guest.
