Can I use my property for personal stays?
Absolutely! As the owner, you are free to use your property for your own personal needs. All you have to do is let us know the dates on which your home is occupied.
Wich insurance do I need as a homeowner?
You should check your multi-risk home insurance policy to make sure it covers seasonal rentals. If it doesn’t, you will need to subscribe to an additional seasonal rental insurance policy or non-occupant owner insurance.
How do you manage arrivals and departures?
We organize arrivals and departures professionally and efficiently. Our teams welcome guests in person, give them the keys and show them around the accommodation. We always carry out an inventory on arrival and departure.
Who is responsible for collecting and registering the tourist tax?
Tourist tax is charged to guests on a per-night, per-person rate. At Rental Palms, we collect this tax automatically on every booking and forward it to the local authorities. In addition to collecting the tax, we can also handle the online declaration of the tourist tax on your account. If you give us permission, we will make sure that the declarations are made within the deadlines imposed by the local town hall and in accordance with local regulations, in order to simplify your administrative procedures.
