Nestled in Le Tignet, just a few minutes away from the villages of Spéracèdes and Cabris, the villa Monté Verde enjoys a peaceful and private residential environment, completely secluded from overlooking. Inspired by Asian aesthetics and enhanced by carefully sourced pieces, the villa offers a distinctive identity across 300 sqm of living space, set within over 6,000 sqm of landscaped garden with a private pool.
Laid-out spaces
From the entrance, the wide volumes open onto a spacious double living area, featuring a dining space for up to eight guests and a lounge with a stone fireplace. A separate TV lounge completes the main living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, wine cellar and all essential appliances, and is complemented by a back kitchen with a laundry area. A first bedroom with its own en-suite shower room is also located on the ground floor.Upstairs, the master suite benefits from access to a private terrace, a dressing room, and a full bathroom with both bathtub and shower.
A haven of tranquility
Two additional bedrooms, each with their own en-suite shower room, provide optimal comfort for family members and guests. The entire property is fully air-conditioned. Outdoors, the landscaped grounds feature a lap pool, a pool house, and a summer lounge enhanced by a fountain. Stone steps lead down to private access to the Siagne canal, Villa Monté Verde offers a peaceful and authentic environment to experience the region in complete tranquility
Property details
A welcome book with all the technical instructions for the functioning of the equipment will be provided on arrival. Our team will be available during your entire stay to provide assistance and guarantee that your stay runs smoothly.

Information and conditions
To make sure you have a pleasant stay, we invite you to read the practical information and conditions relating to your booking. If you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to contact us. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
The following payment conditions apply :
- A deposit of 30% of the rent will be required to confirm your reservation.
- Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
- The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of your stay. Cleaning charges must be paid at the same time.
- No refunds are possible after this deadline, except in cases of force majeure.
- For bookings made less than 30 days before the date of your stay, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
- A deposit of € 2 500 will be secured by bank imprint one week before the start of the stay. The credit card imprint is automatically cancelled after the stay if no problem is reported.
- A € 500 cleaning and linen charge is required at the time of booking.
Arrivals are scheduled between 4pm and 8pm. If you are unable to arrive during this time, please inform us well in advance so that we can organize your arrival. Normally, arrivals before 4pm are not permitted, unless there are no rentals immediately beforehand. If you have a special request concerning your arrival time, please contact us in advance to see what can be arranged.
Regarding departures, guests must leave the accommodation by 10am, unless there is no rental scheduled immediately afterwards. In this case, you can ask us if it is possible to have a few extra hours.
To guarantee the comfort and respect of all, we remind you that :
- The accommodation is strictly non-smoking inside.
- The villa is located in private calm area, so please respect the peace and quiet of other residents.
- Pets are allowed upon request in the villa.
Tourist tax of €4 per night and per adult guest.
