Nestled in the heart of a timeless village, and fully restored la Villa du Vieux Château in Cabris offers 110 sqm of living space arranged over three levels, with uninterrupted 180° views over the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding hills. On the garden level, the living area is gathered around a lounge with electric gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and Bose sound system. Large sliding doors open directly onto the terrace, featuring an outdoor dining area and lounge space. Guest toilet.
Comfort and authenticity
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine with milk frother, Smeg appliances). The central island includes an induction hob and seating for six. A separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer completes this level. The first floor offers 2 bedrooms with queen-size bed (160×200 cm), a dressing area, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, heated towel rail and Dyson hair dryer, as well as separate toilets. A lounge area completes the floor.
Balcony over the Mediterranean
The upper level is dedicated to the Master Suite, featuring a king-size bed opening onto a private balcony with panoramic sea views, a private lounge area, dressing and a shower room with heated towel rail and Dyson hair dryer. The villa is located in the heart of the village of Cabris, just steps from the Auberge du Vieux Château. Guests may access the hotel’s breakfast service and restaurant at an additional cost, offering the comfort of a private home with optional hotel amenities.
Private Dining & Breakfast Service
Guests have the opportunity to enjoy a private in-villa dinner prepared by the renowned chef of Auberge du Vieux Château, offering an exclusive gastronomic experience in the comfort of the villa. This service is included for stays of 10 nights or more and available as an optional add-on for shorter stays. Guests may also access the breakfast service at Auberge du Vieux Château at an additional cost based on consumption. Breakfast reservations must be arranged through the agency at least one day in advance.

A welcome book with all the technical instructions for the functioning of the equipment will be provided on arrival. Our team will be available during your entire stay to provide assistance and guarantee that your stay runs smoothly.

Information and conditions
To make sure you have a pleasant stay, we invite you to read the practical information and conditions relating to your booking. If you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to contact us. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
The following payment conditions apply :
- A deposit of 30% of the rent will be required to confirm your reservation.
- Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
- The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of your stay. Cleaning charges must be paid at the same time.
- No refunds are possible after this deadline, except in cases of force majeure.
- For bookings made less than 30 days before the date of your stay, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
- A deposit of € 2 500 will be secured by bank imprint one week before the start of the stay. The credit card imprint is automatically cancelled after the stay if no problem is reported.
- A € 450 cleaning and linen charge is required at the time of booking.
Arrivals are scheduled between 4pm and 9pm. If you are unable to arrive during this time, please inform us well in advance so that we can organize your arrival. Normally, arrivals before 4pm are not permitted, unless there are no rentals immediately beforehand. If you have a special request concerning your arrival time, please contact us in advance to see what can be arranged.
Regarding departures, guests must leave the accommodation by 10am, unless there is no rental scheduled immediately afterwards. In this case, you can ask us if it is possible to have a few extra hours.
A welcome guide with all the technical instructions for the functioning of the equipments as well as the rules to respect in the accommodation will be given to you at your arrival. Our team is available throughout your stay to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
To guarantee the comfort and respect of all, we remind you that :
- The accommodation is strictly non-smoking inside.
- The villa is located in private calm area, so please respect the peace and quiet of other residents.
- Pets are not allowed in the villa.
