The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances such as a multifunction oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine, along with all daily essentials including a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and tableware.
Sunny outdoor
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a vanity unit with illuminated mirror, a towel warmer, and a toilet. Outdoor, a pleasant terrace of approximately 8 sqm, furnished with a table, chairs, and an outdoor sofa, allows you to fully enjoy sunny days. The apartment is also equipped with reversible air conditioning and Wi-Fi. A parking space can be made available upon request. The location provides immediate access to beaches, local shops, and supermarkets, making your stay easier.

The following payment conditions apply to all bookings:
- A deposit of 30% of the rental amount will be required to confirm your booking.
- Cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the date of arrival.
- The balance is due no later than 14 days before the start of your stay. Payment for cleaning fees is requested at the same time.
- No refunds are possible after this date except in cases of force majeure.
- For bookings made less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
- A deposit of € 700 will be secured by bank imprint one week before the start of the stay. The credit card imprint is automatically cancelled after the stay if no problem is reported.
- A € 90 cleaning and linen charge is required at the time of booking.
Arrivals are scheduled between 3pm and 8pm. If you are unable to arrive during this time, please inform us well in advance so that we can organize your arrival. Normally, arrivals before 3pm are not permitted, unless there are no rentals immediately beforehand. If you have a special request concerning your arrival time, please contact us in advance to see what can be arranged.
Regarding departures, guests must leave the accommodation by 11am, unless there is no rental scheduled immediately afterwards. In this case, you can ask us if it is possible to have a few extra hours.
A welcome guide with all the technical instructions for the functioning of the equipments as well as the rules to respect in the accommodation will be given to you at your arrival. Our team is available throughout your stay to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
