A warm and inviting living area features a sofa bed for two and a television. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave with oven function, toaster, and washing machine, allowing for a completely independent stay. A mezzanine with a double bed and a shower room completes the space.
A few steps from the Port
Outside, a furnished balcony offers a pleasant lateral sea view, perfect for enjoying a sunny breakfast or a relaxing moment at the end of the day. The accommodation is also equipped with reversible air conditioning (heating and cooling) and wifi.

The following payment conditions apply to all bookings:
- A deposit of 30% of the rental amount will be required to confirm your booking.
- Cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the date of arrival.
- The balance is due no later than 14 days before the start of your stay. Payment for cleaning fees is requested at the same time.
- No refunds are possible after this date except in cases of force majeure.
- For bookings made less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
- A deposit of € 400 will be secured by bank imprint one week before the start of the stay. The credit card imprint is automatically cancelled after the stay if no problem is reported.
- A € 70 cleaning and linen charge is required at the time of booking.
Arrivals are scheduled between 3pm and 8pm. If you are unable to arrive during this time, please inform us well in advance so that we can organize your arrival. Normally, arrivals before 3pm are not permitted, unless there are no rentals immediately beforehand. If you have a special request concerning your arrival time, please contact us in advance to see what can be arranged.
Regarding departures, guests must leave the accommodation by 11am, unless there is no rental scheduled immediately afterwards. In this case, you can ask us if it is possible to have a few extra hours.
