These cleaning and linen services are paid directly by the guests when they make their reservation. Your property is therefore maintained regularly and professionally, without impacting your rental income.

Inventory and check of accommodations

At Rental Palms, the respect of your property is a priority. Before the first rental, we carry out a detailed inventory with photos using the professional software Nockee, which serves as the official reference. After each guest’s departure, we thoroughly inspect the property and its equipment to ensure no damage has occurred.

Each platform provides adapted protection: Aircover on Airbnb, security deposit via credit card imprint on Abritel and Booking. For direct bookings through our website, we use the secure solution Swikly. In the event of damage, Rental Palms handles guest claims and the collection of all or part of the deposit on your behalf.

Hospitality standards

We believe in giving guests a warm welcome. All check-ins between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. include a personal key handover to make sure travelers feel welcome and comfortable. A personalized welcome kit tailored to each accommodation and a complete welcome guide are provided to make their stay easier. Our team is available to answer questions and assist as needed. We work with a clear, transparent 20% commission on rental price , including VAT, for the complete management of your seasonal rental. The cleaning and linen service is charged to guests.

You will receive your payments directly into your bank account, after each stay, deducting our commission. A detailed report will be sent to you after each stay, so that we can work in complete transparency and confidence.

Absolutely! As the owner, you are free to use your property for your own personal needs. All you have to do is let us know the dates on which your home is occupied.

To ensure a comfortable stay for guests, we prepare a welcome pack including water bottles, coffee, breakfast essentials, and for premium stays, a bottle of wine. We also provide all the basics for a comfortable stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh sponge, dishwashing liquid, laundry product, and dishwasher tablets. Everything is designed to make your guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

You should check your multi-risk home insurance policy to make sure it covers seasonal rentals. If it doesn’t, you will need to subscribe to an additional seasonal rental insurance policy or non-occupant owner insurance.

We organize arrivals and departures professionally and efficiently. Our teams welcome guests in person, give them the keys and show them around the accommodation. We always carry out an inventory on arrival and departure.

Tourist tax is charged to guests on a per-night, per-person rate. At Rental Palms, we collect this tax automatically on every booking and forward it to the local authorities. In addition to collecting the tax, we can also handle the online declaration of the tourist tax on your account. If you give us permission, we will make sure that the declarations are made within the deadlines imposed by the local town hall and in accordance with local regulations, in order to simplify your administrative procedures.

All you need to do is contact us via our online form or by phone. We will arrange a visit to your home to discuss your expectations and present our services in detail. After our initial visit and agreement on the terms of management, we can put your property online within a few days, depending on the property’s preparation (photos, advertisements, etc.).

We work exclusively on exclusive or semi-exclusive mandates. You can still rent your property occasionally to friends or acquaintances. Working exclusively allows us to manage your property optimally, ensure thorough maintenance, apply an efficient organization, and create a single listing per property on the platforms.
