Located in a quiet, sought-after area in Cannes hinterland, this Bastide dating from 1840, transformed a century later by the addition of a Neo-Provençal Bastide, offers an ideal getaway setting combining nature, comfort and serenity. Surrounded by almost 3 hectares of wooded land, facing the sea, the property invites you to relax with its well-kept outdoor spaces, swimming pool, and several shaded or sunny spots to suit your mood. As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by the natural light emanating from the living room. The space continues with an adjoining service entrance, double vestiaire and guest toilet.
Old-fashioned house
The living room is arranged around a convivial lounge, aligned with an elegant stone fireplace. Gorgeous arched windows punctuate the thick walls of this authentic bastide, letting in soft, authentic light. A television area, with a comfortable U-shaped sofa, extends the room and opens directly onto a sunny terrace with a summer lounge. The independent, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area are perfect for sharing convivial moments. The kitchen will meet all your expectations with modern, functional equipments.
Confort and peace
The sleeping areas comprise five bedrooms, three of which are en suite, while the other two each have their own shower room. All are equipped with inbuilt storage, designed for optimum comfort. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer facilitates daily organization. Several parking spaces are also available on the property, including a 2-car garage.
Pool area
Thanks to its dominant position, the property enjoys a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and surrounding hills. The pool area below has been purposefully set apart from the house to preserve the calm of the property. The pool, around ten meters long with a maximum depth of two meters, is fully enclosed. Eight deckchairs provide the ideal space for relaxing in complete privacy.
Cabris village
The villa is ideally located just a 4-minute drive from the center of the village of Cabris, where you can find an artisanal bakery, several charming restaurants, a small convenience store, a post office and several art galleries. This typically Provencal setting offers a peaceful routine, with all amenities close and a friendly atmosphere.

A welcome book with all the technical instructions for the functioning of the equipment will be provided on arrival. Our team will be available during your entire stay to provide assistance and guarantee that your stay runs smoothly.

Information and conditions
To make sure you have a pleasant stay, we invite you to read the practical information and conditions relating to your booking. If you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to contact us. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
The following payment conditions apply :
- A deposit of 30% of the rent will be required to confirm your reservation.
- Cancellation possible up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
- The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of your stay. Cleaning charges must be paid at the same time.
- No refunds are possible after this deadline, except in cases of force majeure.
- For bookings made less than 30 days before the date of your stay, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
- A deposit of € 1 500 will be secured by bank imprint one week before the start of the stay. The credit card imprint is automatically cancelled after the stay if no problem is reported.
- Cleaning and linen fees are included in the price of your booking.
Arrivals are scheduled between 4pm and 9pm. If you are unable to arrive during this time, please inform us well in advance so that we can organize your arrival. Normally, arrivals before 4pm are not permitted, unless there are no rentals immediately beforehand. If you have a special request concerning your arrival time, please contact us in advance to see what can be arranged.
Regarding departures, guests must leave the accommodation by 10am, unless there is no rental scheduled immediately afterwards. In this case, you can ask us if it is possible to have a few extra hours.
A welcome guide with all the technical instructions for the functioning of the equipments as well as the rules to respect in the accommodation will be given to you at your arrival. Our team is available throughout your stay to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
To guarantee the comfort and respect of all, we remind you that :
- The accommodation is strictly non-smoking inside.
- The villa is located in private calm neighborhood, so please respect the peace and quiet of other residents.
- Pets are allowed in the property.
- The property is not appropriate for children under 12 due to the many terraced areas on the land.
