Information and conditions

To make sure you have a pleasant stay, we invite you to read the practical information and conditions relating to your booking. If you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to contact us. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. 

The following payment conditions apply : 

  • A deposit of 30% of the rent will be required to confirm your reservation.
  • Cancellation possible up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
  • The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of your stay. Cleaning charges must be paid at the same time. 
  • No refunds are possible after this deadline, except in cases of force majeure. 
  • For bookings made less than 30 days before the date of your stay, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
  • A deposit of € 1 000 will be secured by bank imprint one week before the start of the stay. The credit card imprint is automatically cancelled after the stay if no problem is reported. 
  • A € 300 cleaning and linen charge is required at the time of booking.

Arrivals are scheduled between 3pm and 9pm. If you are unable to arrive during this time, please inform us well in advance so that we can organize your arrival. Normally, arrivals before 3pm are not permitted, unless there are no rentals immediately beforehand. If you have a special request concerning your arrival time, please contact us in advance to see what can be arranged.

Regarding departures, guests must leave the accommodation by 11am, unless there is no rental scheduled immediately afterwards. In this case, you can ask us if it is possible to have a few extra hours.

A welcome guide with all the technical instructions for the functioning of the equipments as well as the rules to respect in the accommodation will be given to you at your arrival. Our team is available throughout your stay to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
