The light-filled living room opens onto a balcony with beautiful views over the sea and Le Suquet. It features a sofa bed, a dining area, a Smart TV with Netflix, high-speed Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth speaker. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, as well as a dedicated coffee corner with a Nespresso machine, Smeg kettle and toaster.
Flexible sleeping arrangement
The bedroom also enjoys sea views and features a 160 × 200 cm double bed that can be separated into two 80 × 200 cm single beds, making the apartment equally suitable for couples, friends or business travellers. For added comfort, the apartment offers two separate bathing areas: a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a second bathroom with a shower. An additional separate guest toilet is also available. A washing machine, tumble dryer and ample storage space complete the apartment’s amenities.

The following payment conditions apply to all bookings:
- A deposit of 30% of the rental amount will be required to confirm your booking.
- Cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the date of arrival.
- The balance is due no later than 14 days before the start of your stay. Payment for cleaning fees is requested at the same time.
- No refunds are possible after this date except in cases of force majeure.
- For bookings made less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
- 30-day cancellation policy prior to the check-in date for congress bookings.
- A deposit of € 800 will be secured by bank imprint one week before the start of the stay. The credit card imprint is automatically cancelled after the stay if no problem is reported.
- A € 110 cleaning and linen charge is required at the time of booking.
Arrivals are scheduled between 3pm and 8pm. If you are unable to arrive during this time, please inform us well in advance so that we can organize your arrival. Normally, arrivals before 3pm are not permitted, unless there are no rentals immediately beforehand. If you have a special request concerning your arrival time, please contact us in advance to see what can be arranged.
Regarding departures, guests must leave the accommodation by 11am, unless there is no rental scheduled immediately afterwards. In this case, you can ask us if it is possible to have a few extra hours.
A welcome guide with all the technical instructions for the functioning of the equipments as well as the rules to respect in the accommodation will be given to you at your arrival. Our team is available throughout your stay to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
