The accommodation offers a bright living room with a convertible sofa bed (140×200), a coffee table, a television, and a dining area with a round table that accommodates up to four people. Reversible air conditioning ensures optimal comfort. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, hotplates, a microwave, an oven located in the adjoining hallway, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a full set of tableware. There is also a small table for eating meals on the spot.
Comfortable and convenient
The first bedroom has a double bed (160×200), integrated storage, and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds (90×200), integrated storage and its own bathroom. Outside, a beautiful sunny terrace with a dining table offers panoramic sea views, ideal for enjoying sunny days. Located in a quiet and secure residence, parking is easy and free on the street.

The following payment conditions apply to all bookings:
- A deposit of 30% of the rental amount will be required to confirm your booking.
- Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
- The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of your stay. Payment for cleaning fees is requested at the same time.
- No refunds are possible after this date except in cases of force majeure.
- For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
- A deposit of € 600 will be secured by bank imprint one week before the start of the stay. The credit card imprint is automatically cancelled after the stay if no problem is reported.
- A € 120 cleaning and linen charge is required at the time of booking.
Arrivals are scheduled between 3pm and 9pm. If you are unable to arrive during this time, please inform us well in advance so that we can organize your arrival. Normally, arrivals before 3pm are not permitted, unless there are no rentals immediately after. If you have a special request concerning your arrival time, please contact us in advance to see what can be arranged.
Regarding departures, guests must leave the accommodation by 11am, unless there is no rental scheduled immediately afterwards. In this case, you can ask us if it is possible to have a few extra hours.
