Information and conditions

The following payment conditions apply to all bookings:
- The full amount is due upon signature of the contract.
- Cancellation is possible up to 14 days prior to arrival.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival.
- No refund is possible after this period.
- A deposit of €400 will be secured by bank imprint one week before the beginning of your stay. The credit card imprint is automatically cancelled after the stay if no problem is reported.
- A €80 cleaning and linen charge is required at the time of booking.
Arrivals are scheduled between 3pm and 9pm. If you are unable to arrive during this time, please inform us well in advance so that we can organize your arrival. Normally, arrivals before 3pm are not permitted, unless there are no rentals immediately beforehand. If you have a special request concerning your arrival time, please contact us in advance to see what can be arranged.
Regarding departures, guests must leave the accommodation by 11am, unless there is no rental scheduled immediately afterwards. In this case, you can ask us if it is possible to have a few extra hours.
A welcome guide with all the technical instructions for the functioning of the equipments as well as the rules to respect in the accommodation will be given to you at your arrival. Our team is available throughout your stay to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation unless specific request.
