The apartment includes a living room with a sofa, smart TV (Google TV), and fiber internet connection. The dining area has a foldaway table with two chairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, tableware and utensils. A washing machine and dryer are also available.
A well laid-out space
The living room includes a foldaway bed for two people (160 x 200 cm), which will be prepared before your arrival. The apartment has a bathroom with a vanity, shower, toilet, and towel dryer. Storage space is available in the entryway. A balcony with sliding glass doors, reversible air conditioning, beach equipment, and a private parking space in the residence complete the apartment.

A welcome book with all the technical instructions for the functioning of the equipment will be provided on arrival. Our team will be available during your entire stay to provide assistance and guarantee that your stay runs smoothly.

Information and conditions
To make sure you have a pleasant stay, we invite you to read the practical information and conditions relating to your booking. If you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to contact us. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
The following payment conditions apply to all bookings:
- A deposit of 30% of the rental amount will be required to confirm your booking.
- Cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the date of arrival.
- The balance is due no later than 14 days before the start of your stay. Payment for cleaning fees is requested at the same time.
- No refunds are possible after this date except in cases of force majeure.
- For bookings made less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
- A deposit of € 600 will be secured by bank imprint one week before the start of the stay. The credit card imprint is automatically cancelled after the stay if no problem is reported.
- A € 90 cleaning and linen charge is required at the time of booking.
Arrivals are scheduled between 3pm and 8pm. If you are unable to arrive during this time, please inform us well in advance so that we can organize your arrival. Normally, arrivals before 3pm are not permitted, unless there are no rentals immediately beforehand. If you have a special request concerning your arrival time, please contact us in advance to see what can be arranged.
Regarding departures, guests must leave the accommodation by 11am, unless there is no rental scheduled immediately afterwards. In this case, you can ask us if it is possible to have a few extra hours.
A welcome guide with all the technical instructions for the functioning of the equipments as well as the rules to respect in the accommodation will be given to you at your arrival. Our team is available throughout your stay to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
