This contemporary villa combines high-end comfort with the Mediterranean art of living. With a surface area of 240 sqm, it opens onto a vast, light-filled living room, with a welcoming lounge area and a dining room for 10 guests. The fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, with its central island, is an invitation to conviviality and to prolong shared moments on the large south-facing terrace, equipped with an outdoor table and barbecue, ideal for sunny meals.
Comfort and privacy
A master suite completes this first level, with bathroom, dressing room, office area and private terrace. Upstairs, the sleeping area offers absolute comfort with four elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the fourth offers two single beds, perfect for welcoming children or friends. Every detail has been thought out to offer calm and privacy, in a soft, restful atmosphere.
Moments of sharing
Outdoors, the 1,100 sqm landscaped garden, with its heated Bali stone swimming pool lined with deckchairs, invites you to laze around, while the summer lounge and outdoor dining area create a genuine outdoor living space. A pétanque court completes the experience, for a delightful getaway.
Property details
A welcome book with all the technical instructions for the functioning of the equipment will be provided on arrival. Our team will be available during your entire stay to provide assistance and guarantee that your stay runs smoothly.

Information and conditions
To make sure you have a pleasant stay, we invite you to read the practical information and conditions relating to your booking. If you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to contact us. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
The following payment conditions apply :
- A deposit of 30% of the rent will be required to confirm your reservation.
- Cancellation possible up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
- The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of your stay. Cleaning charges must be paid at the same time.
- No refunds are possible after this deadline, except in cases of force majeure.
- For bookings made less than 30 days before the date of your stay, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
- A deposit of € 3 000 will be secured by bank imprint one week before the start of the stay. The credit card imprint is automatically cancelled after the stay if no problem is reported.
- The price of your booking is an “all-inclusive” rate that includes cleaning and bed linen.
Arrivals are scheduled between 3pm and 9pm. If you are unable to arrive during this time, please inform us well in advance so that we can organize your arrival. Normally, arrivals before 3pm are not permitted, unless there are no rentals immediately beforehand. If you have a special request concerning your arrival time, please contact us in advance to see what can be arranged.
Regarding departures, guests must leave the accommodation by 10am, unless there is no rental scheduled immediately afterwards. In this case, you can ask us if it is possible to have a few extra hours.
A welcome guide with all the technical instructions for the functioning of the equipments as well as the rules to respect in the accommodation will be given to you at your arrival. Our team is available throughout your stay to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
To guarantee the comfort and respect of all, we remind you that :
- The accommodation is strictly non-smoking inside.
- The villa is located in a peaceful area, so please respect the peace and quiet of other residents.
- Children must be supervised at the pool (the pool is equipped with an alarm).
